Romanian Embassy – National Day of the Romanian Language

On the 3️⃣1️⃣ August – Romanian Language Day in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and the Romanian communities across the border celebrate the Romanian language.

On Wednesday, August 31, coordinators and teachers of supplementary Romanian schools, as well as community organizations from the UK, will talk about generations and the Romanian language abroad.

Through their Romanian language activities and courses, Nicolae Iorga Romanian School, AlexZ Educational, BIRC and ICR London are among those who help to maintain the Romanian language, especially for the young generation born and raised far from the country.
