Vision & Mission
The objectives of the association are to carry out activities for the benefit of the international community in Great Britain by sharing common cultural values with members of the Romanian diaspora in the West Midlands.
- R.U.D.A's Vision is “Connect people through inspiration, common values and leadership”
- The association's Mission is to reduce stereotypes about Romanian speaking community (from Moldova and Romania) in the West Midlands and the UK by inspiring and be known for sharing the best values of Romanian people.
- The objectives of the association are to carry out activities for the benefit of the international community in Great Britain by sharing the Romanian cultural values on both banks of the Prut with the members of the Romanian diaspora in the West Midlands.
The activities of the R.U.D.A. are:
- cultural, educational and the romanian speaking community
- advice and guidance relating to health, education, employment, immigration
- referral of modern slavery traffic cases to the relevant institutions
- emergency support for most vulnerable people from the community
- interpreting and translation support, youth mentorship
- supplementary Romanian School Nicolae Iorga
- collaboration with the West Midlands Police, local authorities and local NGOs
